Schedule an appointment with an IT representative to receive a new work laptop, transfer files from an old computer to the new one and get the laptop up and running. This exchange will take no longer than 15 minutes, however, while files are being transferred, both computers cannot be in use. While we only need 15 minutes of your time, be prepared for both computers to be unavailable for an hour while files are being transferred. Teachers can continue using their old computer as well as their new laptop!  However, if you wish to get ride of the old desktop for good, just inform the IT representative during the appointment, and the Technology Department will clear that for you.
